We’ve approached the Tatra Banka call centrum hiring campaign in a similar way as we’ve approached various other employer branding campaigns we’ve worked on. In the name of authenticity, we have worked out a story of a real company employee, who gave us insight into their experience with the company, their colleagues and their work environment. The client gave us great creative freedom, which helped us successfully marry the campaign’s aim with attractive visuals, while still following the client’s strict design manual and treating the video in a way which would complement the rest of the company’s visual communication.
