Employer branding is not an unnecessary luxury move anymore. Companies that want to stay relevant need to attract new talent, and that’s why GA Drilling asked for our help with creating an authentic and convincing employer branding campaign.
To make the video truly genuine we have decided to use real employees of the company. We did a casting audition, chose two employees, and talked to them about their opinions on the company, their work and their life. In combination with a solid script we have created an organic, likeable, emotionally strong result. In the end the project preceded ours, and even our client’s expectations. Today, GA Drilling uses the video for company presentation not only in central Europe, but also in Saudi Arabia or Great Britain.
